What Haven is

Haven helps you find courts, organise your tennis and hear what your coach has said. When a coach's line plays, those are the coach's own words. Everything else Haven says is generated and can be wrong. She is not a medical, legal or financial adviser. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Under 18, you need a parent or guardian's email on file before an account exists.

Your rules and content

The rules you give Haven and anything you choose to keep are yours. You can download or retire your rules, and download or delete kept conversations, as described in the privacy page. Do not post other people's personal information, or anything unlawful, abusive or meant to mislead.

Your name on riif.com

You can pick one name for your page, riif.com/@your-name. The rules for a name: 3 to 20 letters, numbers or _; one name per person, picked once; not the site's own words (riif, haven, paragon, official, support and the like); not someone else, so no real person's, coach's or club's name unless it is you; nothing offensive. We can take back a name that breaks these rules. To change your name, write to [email protected].

Coaches' lines

Coaching lines belong to the coach who recorded them and are played with their permission. Do not copy or republish them.

No guarantee

The site is provided as it is. Court details, lighting and availability can change, and we say when we have not checked something. Always check conditions before you play.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
